The Mount Holly Environmental Advisory Committee (EAC) thanks the 40+ volunteers who came out to lend a hand at the Township Cleanup on Saturday. Please be advised that the next Township Cleanup will be on Earth Day (Tuesday, April 22) at noon, when we will meet at the firehouse on Pine Street. This lunchtime cleanup will be a great opportunity for local businesses and those working from home to get some fresh air and help keep Mount Holly beautiful.

 

The EAC is also seeking volunteers for a Community Garden construction event on Saturday, March 29 at 11:00 AM. We’ll be meeting at the Community Garden site near the baseball fields on Monroe Street to finish building raised beds for the Garden and prepare the site for its Grand Opening. Anyone interested in volunteering on Saturday 3/29 or in applying for a plot in the Community Garden should contact the EAC at kwallace@twp.mountholly.nj.us.
