Police Records/Reports

Instructions for Obtaining a Police Report

You must come in to Police Records to obtain a copy of a police report but when you do, you will need to provide the case number. If you do not have the case number, we will need your name, address, date and approximate time of the incident.

Simply calling and asking for a report without the necessary information will require additional time to locate any one report. To expedite your requests please have the necessary information ready when you are asked by the records clerk.
