NJ DEP – Green Acres Public Notice

PURPOSE: The Township of Mount Holly is seeking funding through the State of NJ Green Acres Program for improvements at West Side Park located at Park Drive and the intersection of Park Drive and Commerce Place in Mount Holly.

PROJECT SCOPE: The Township of Mount Holly proposes to create the following new facilities at West Side Park: LED and security lighting, historical landmark signage, and a seating area with benches. A concept plan showing the proposed changes, a preliminary cost estimate, and an environmental impact assessment for the project can be found at: https://twp.mountholly.nj.us/.

PUBLIC HEARING INFORMATION: The public is encouraged to attend a public hearing to learn more about the proposal and to ask questions or provide comments on the proposed plan on January 27, 2025, at 6pm. The meeting will be held in person (17 Pine Street, Mount Holly, NJ 08060), as part of the regularly scheduled Council meeting.
