Mount Holly Township is currently recruiting for two different part-time opportunities:
1. Temporary Part-Time Construction Office Clerk
Role: Administrative support for the Construction Office - 10 to 12 hours per week
Key duties:
-Assist residents and contractors with permit applications
-Process payments
-Schedule inspections
-Review permit applications for completeness
-Maintain records and files
-Answer phone calls and emails
-Perform other assigned administrative tasks
Preferred qualifications:
Prior clerical or administrative experience
Strong computer and data-entry skills
Good organizational and customer-service abilities
Municipal experience and familiarity with construction software (preferred)
Compensation: Based on experience (DOE)

2. Mount Holly UEZ Clean Team Members
Mission: Keep the Mount Holly Urban Enterprise Zone clean, attractive, and welcoming for businesses, residents, and visitors.
Typical duties:
-Litter and debris removal
-Sidewalk and curb sweeping
-Graffiti and sticker removal
-Weed control and light landscaping
-Monitoring and reporting infrastructure issues
-Supporting community cleanup and beautification efforts
Work schedule:
Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays for events
Flexible shifts
Equipment provided:
Safety gear
Cleaning tools and supplies
Push carts
Communication devices
