How can I pay my taxes?
Tax payments may be made with check, cash or money order. For your convenience there is a drop box located on the side door of the MUA (checks or money orders only) and please mark the envelope for the tax office.
Debit/Credit card payments are accepted online only. http://wipp.edmundsassoc.com/Wipp0323/
Fees for online payments are: $1.95 if paid from a checking account and 2.95% of the payment amount if using a credit card or debit card.
Can I obtain a receipt if I mail my payment?
If you would like to have a receipt sent to you, please enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope with your payment.
Can Interest be waived?
Although we understand that things happen, which may delay your payment, and perhaps you have never been late before, we are unable to waive interest. Once a tax payment is considered delinquent, interest must be charged.
Per state statue the collector is required to collect interest on delinquent taxes. No one has the authority to waive delinquent interest.

I have a mortgage company, why did I receive an original bill?
Please note that if you have a mortgage company, the only way we can send information to your mortgage company, is providing we have a tax authorization form on file in our office, allowing us to do so. If we do not have a bank code on file, the system will generate an original bill which will be mailed to the owner of record.
A lot of mortgage companies use a paying agency for their tax payments, and these agencies receive an electronic file from us for every tax quarter, which includes every one of our tax lines. The companies will then select the ones they need to pay and return it with payment; therefore some mortgage companies do not send us a tax authorization, as they know they will be receiving an electronic file.
Should you have a question, as to whether or not your mortgage company will be paying your upcoming taxes since you received the bill, please contact your mortgage company. They are the only ones that can give you a definite answer.
I received an Advice only tax bill, and my mortgage is satisfied?
Should you receive a tax bill, with the words “FOR ADVICE ONLY’, and your mortgage has been satisfied, please call the office.
**Please Note*** you will need to use the “FOR ADVICE ONLY” copy to pay your taxes until your next billing.
What if I have a lien on my property and want to pay it off?
We need a written request (48 hours prior) requesting a redemption figure, with a date that we would receive the payment, along with the block/lot/lien number. This payment must be CERTIFIED FUNDS, CASH OR MONEY ORDER. Send request for redemption to:
