Registrar of Vital Statistics

The Registrar of Vital Statistics is charged with recording, maintaining, and making available all records of birth, marriage, and deaths occurring in Mount Holly Township.

Copies of records may be obtained from the Registrar’s Office if the birth, death or marriage occurred in Mount Holly Township.  The cost is $25.00 for the first copy, $10.00 for each additional copy.

Identification will be required for all records.  The following are acceptable forms of ID:

  • A current, valid photo driver’s license or state issued ID card with photo and current address.  If your name has changed since you were born (Married) a marriage license will also be required. 

  • Two alternate forms of ID, one of which must have a current address. 

    Alternate forms of ID are:

  • Vehicle Registration

  • Vehicle Insurance Card

  • Voter Registration

  • US/Foreign Passport

  • Immigrant Visa

  • Permanent Resident Card (Green Card)

  • Federal/State ID

  • School ID

  • Bank Statement (within previous 90 days)

  • Utility Bill (within previous 90 days)

  • Pay Stub, Tax Return or W-2

    Hours of Operation:

    Monday 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

    Tuesday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
